We can be very busy at times when calling the salon. Please leave a voicemail on the salon answer machine and someone will get back to you within 24hrs (excluding sundays)
Deposit is required for all new clients at the time of booking to secure your slot. Payment can be done via following instructions on our payment system (please note we do not take any card details) or payment can be made direct at the salon.
We require 48 hrs notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so a no show payment will be added to client profile (managers discretion) NO bookings will be taken until payment is made. Appointment text reminders are sent to all clients to help prevent no shows.
Please note we do not accept groupon on Mondays, Sundays or public holidays. No vouchers are accepted from December 15th to January 14th 2019
Booking is required for groupon bookings. Evening and weekend slots are exceptionally popular. Please call prior to purchasing a voucher if a specific date is required.
